| Our loans can only be granted to our members. Regulations prohibit us from granting
loans to non-members. If you are not a member, why not look into becoming a member of our
credit union. Unfortunately, not all individuals are eligible for membership. However, to
see what our eligibility requirements are, please proceed to "Who
Can Join".

| Our online loan application is designed to be a simplified application. Because of this,
it may be necessary for us to ask for additional information, (example; income
verification). Please be sure to complete all information so that we may process your
application in a timely manner. We have also included a
checklist
of items that may be required depending on the type of loan for which you applied.

| If you do not wish to complete an application online, you can print our application to

| Most loan applications are processing within 24 hours from the time we receive them. We
normally will contact you within this timeframe regarding the status of your application.
However, if it is more convenient for you contact us, you may do so by calling (518)
583-2323 during our normal business hours.

| Our loan application is a secured document. Our secured server
supports 128
bit encryption depending on the user's browser. If you are not sure, consult your browser
documentation to see if it supports SSL (Secured Socket Layer) and how to recognize secure
