SCFCU offers a specific Home Improvement Loan that lets you finish that long awaited home improvement.  Maybe you didn't have   enough equity to get an equity loan. With our home improvement that does not have to be the case.

Eligible Properties: 1 - 2 family owner occupied as primary residence only

Geographic Areas: Only properties located in the following counties will be considered:
1. Albany  2. Fulton  3. Montgomery  4. Rensselaer 5. Saratoga 6. Schenectady
7. Warren   8. Washington

Amount Financed:  Saratoga's Community FCU will finance $1,000.00 to $15,000.00. The amount financed is based on the contractor estimates that are presented with the loan package.

Loan Terms: Ranging from 3 Years to 7 Years depending on the amount financed.
